HOW TO USE

  1. Heat 8-12oz of water to 180° F in a heat safe mug or thermos.  
  2. Dip or stir pouch for at least 3-5 minutes. 
  3. Press the pouch against the mug or thermos and enjoy!

For best effects drink 30 minutes to 1 hour before a rigorous workout. Drink 1-2 cups consistently per day.
